Hello I purchased two flashbuy deal for Diva Life on 2011-11-06 and would like to go tomorrow. But I couldn't print the order out. Also on the last column of my order, the note said "Cancelled". What does it mean? Please help ASAP. Thanks!

Hello I paid for a flashbuy deal fro Diva life spa and I see that my UK bank has paid for 4 coupons (2x2) but I only see 2 coupons on my flashbuy page... I also note that the coupon is "one per person" and the offer was for 2 people... Maybe 4 coupons (2x2) is not possible and if this is the case would you please refund one of the payments My UK bank paid as follows: 1) Ref: 000131 GBP29.97 (1st November) 2) Ref: 000123 GBO29.72 (2nd November) Please advise Many thanks Gerry

Please check your different username with the different purchase records. As for the refund of the payment, i am afraid we can't comply your request because of the FINE PRINT DETAILS states the purchase principle very clearly in our website, you can give it to your friends or relatives as gift.

Hi there, I just tried to use "100" as the quantity for the Kerry brunch deal, and it worked. Not trying to game the system, was just curious if it would work and it did. Might want to fix that and delete the duplicates in the system.

How is that possible when i called the hotel and they said the brunch is only on Sunday Oct 2! They also said they are not familiar with this brunch coupon which you are promoting. PLEASE clarify to us City Weekend readers how you can offer free voucher and then send us a voucher that is expired the day we register, and it's not even available to use on that day (since brunch is a Sunday brunch, and today is Thursday 9/290.
